Spring Wedding Cake

This cake was for my cousin’s wedding in March.  She wanted something small and simple to share just with the groom. I took the opportunity to do more work with gum paste making flowers. The roses on top turned out very life-like.  My singular source for gum paste work is a fabulous book by Toba Garrett called “The Well Decorated Cake”.  Thank you Toba!
