Spring Chicks Cake

This cake was designed for Mom’s  birthday celebration that happened to fall on Easter Sunday. I couldn’t think of any better suited theme than spring chicks! 

The chicks on top were the the focal point. The simplicity of the design didn’t call for too many details. They are made of rolled fondant.
